We are medical multispeciality clinics with multiple office in Athens , danielsville, Lavonia and Eatonton. We provide 7 /24 call center to provide continuity of care to our patients. All offices are served by the call center located in Lavonia. The call center is staff by medical assistant who provide front office as well as back office support on telephone.

Candidates qualification:

Successful candidates for this position must have 2+ years of successful medical office experience front, back or in medical office call center with a desire to work in a fast-paced and fun environment. You must enjoy interacting with patients, making them feel well taken care.

The front office coordinator position requires attention to detail, a working knowledge of medical insurance, excellent organization and follow-up skills. The ideal candidate will also possess superior customer service skills, an ability to greet each patient in a warm and friendly manner, professional phone skills and the ability to problem solve.

Skill needed to have full knowledge of Vonage phones system.

Qualifications:

2+ years relevant experience

Proficient in Voip , Vonage phone system

Must be dependable and punctual

Must have references
